The centrifugal water jacket gold concentrator produced by our company is a new type of gravity mineral processing equipment which absorbs the advantages of the same type of mineral processing in Canada and South Africa and combines with the domestic reality. The machine is mainly suitable for the recovery of single gold from placer gold, vein gold and polymetallic ore. It can also separate single gold from gold bearing flotation concentrate and old tailings

Performance Characteristics:

High recovery rate. It has a good effect on the process of ultrafine ore slime, while the recovery rate is over 90% for 37-39 micron.
Large Capacity. Under the action of centrifugal force, it strengthened the process of gravity and shortened the separation time. Therefore the capacity of the centrifugal concentrator is much bigger.
 Easy To Install. It's a full-line machine that only a small leveled place is required. Before starting it, we only need to connect the water pump and power.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Mineral separator is a kind of gravity concentrating machine. It will produce big centrifugal force when rotating, and strengthen gravity process, to make the superfine particle effectively recover. The hollow shaft of this equipment can be driven by electrical motor transmission part through belt driving, making the rotation inner sleeve rotate in a high speed to produce centrifugal force. The slurry will be fed into the rotation inner sleeve through feeding pipe, and the slurry particle will be separated under the action of centrifugal force field. The heavy mineral will be remained in the cell guide of rotation inner sleeve, and the light mineral will be discharged through the tailing’s launder. After one shift work and stop running, the concentrate will be discharged through the concentrate discharge outlet.
