JDBP series variable frequency cable reel is a new type of cable winding device that adopts more advanced control methods than previous cable reels, providing users with safer and more reliable tension control. Variable frequency cable reel is an intelligent tension control device that uses internal computer information processing to maintain a constant tension during the winding process, avoiding damage to the cable caused by tension changes during previous constant torque control.
System composition
1、Cable reel: Its external dimensions are determined based on the cable specifications and walking distance.
2、Collector box.
3、Variable frequency motor with brake.
4、Electric control system: The indoor type is an electric control cabinet, while the outdoor type is an electric control box.
5、Cable guide frame: There are universal cable guide frames and swing type cable guide frames available for selection.
6、Encoder junction box: When selecting indoor electric control cabinets.
7、Remote control box: optional accessory, can be installed at the door leg of the crane, providing simple cable winding and fault reset functions (optional).
8、Guide frame: optional accessory for changing cable direction, bridge crane, etc. (optional).
Conditions of Use
The altitude generally does not exceed 2000 meters (special circumstances require customization).
Environmental temperature: -20 ℃ ~ +45 ℃.
Allow to work in places that are exposed to rain, splashing water, and free from corrosive gas and dust.
The highest vibration conditions for the installation site are: displacement of 1.5mm at 5-13Hz, and vibration acceleration of 10m/s2 at 13-150Hz
The protection level of the collector box and outdoor electric control box is IP54.
System Principles and Functions.
The JDBP series variable frequency cable reel adopts a torque control method with forced speed. It is programmed through on-board PLC and accurately calculates the motor output torque through advanced algorithms, achieving constant tension on the cable. At the same time, the system also provides multiple protections, greatly improving the security and reliability of the system.

The system provides the following functions:
Adopting variable frequency control and on-board PLC to calculate torque output, achieving constant tension on the cable.
Control the operation and shutdown of the system through system operation signals.
The system provides feedback on three signals: "system normal", "system operation", and "cable full" to the PLC or driver's cab, maximizing the protection of equipment and cables, and facilitating the driver's monitoring of the working status of the system during operation.
When the system malfunctions, the system can be reset through local and remote reset buttons.
Provide protection for empty and full cable trays.
