HND owns the advanced manufacturing technology on high speed and large power  internal combustion engine (diesel engine, gas engine) in the world. Introduced license  technology from DEUTZ-MWM Germany in 1985 and 1999 separately and produce  TBD234 series, TBD604BL6 series and TBD620 series diesel engine. By research and  innovation, has developed CHD314 series, CHD316 series，CHD620L6 series and  CHD622 series diesel engine, as well as CHS series dual-fuel engine and CHG series  gas engine etc. clean energy power equipment. Introduced license technology from  MAN Energy Solutions to produce L16/24, L21/31 series diesel engine since 2007.

Good Starting Performance: HND engines can be started without any auxiliary measures when the ambient temperature is  not less than -10℃. When the ambient temperature is above 0℃, the starting time≤10s. Perfect Combustion Performance: HND engine is one of the diesel engines with the lowest fuel consumption in the world,  with flat fuel consumption curve and excellent performance under low working conditions. Compact Structure, Small Size, Light Weight: The power-weight ratio and power-volume ratio of HND engines are in the  leading position of similar products, which is very suitable for the requirements of light weight and compact occasions. High Reliability, Long Service Life: HND engines adopt German advanced design technology, spare parts have a strong  bearing capacity and the combustion system of great performance makes the diesel engine run smoothly. The first overhaul  period of diesel engine is 24000h, and the service life of crankshaft, connecting rod and other main spare parts can reach  40,000-50,000 hours. Good Maintainability: Simple structure, reliable, greatly reduce the workload of maintenance, all kinds of accessories are  mounted at the engine body, so it is easy to make maintenance, installation. Except disassembly of the main bearing and  crankshaft, other components can be removed and mounted without disassemble and lift the engine. Low Exhaust Temperature: Low heat radiation. The low heat radiation is able to keep proper temperature in the engine  room, facilitates the selection of ventilation devices, but also improves the working environment for operators. Low Noise: Air noise of engine with generator is about 105-107dB(A). Low Vibration: The vibration intensity of the diesel engine is in vibration zone between grade A and B. Utilize Normal Fuel Oil and Lube Oil: Fuel designation: Distilled fuel DMX or DMA in accordance with GB/T 17411; lube oil  designation: CF grade or higher grade in accordance with GB11122.
