No trauma, no radiation, simple and easy to use, safe and reassuring,
Suitable for pregnant women, children, and the elderly.
Principle of 13C breath test
The urease produced by Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in the human stomach can decompose urea [13C] reagent into NH3 and 13C labeled CO2.
This instrument adopts the principle of non divergent infrared absorption spectroscopy to measure the change in the ratio of 13CO2 and 12CO2 content in the exhaled gas of the subject before and after taking urea [13C] reagent, in order to determine whether the subject is infected with Hp.
