Product Introduction
Bronze powder sintered filter elements are created by sintering bronze alloy powder at high temperatures. They exhibit high filtration precision, good air permeability, high mechanical strength, and excellent suitability for high working temperatures and impact resistance. These elements find application in various fields, including pneumatic components, the chemical industry, and environmental protection.
TOPTITECH produces porous filter tubes that can be hollow or blind, with a minimum wall thickness of 1 mm. The tubes are made by isostatic compaction of powder in a flexible mold with the negative shape of the part, followed by sintering. The pore sizes can range from 0.2 to 100 microns. These filters find used as filter cartridges or aerators for high flow rates. They can be utilized as tubes straight away or with connectors of different geometry added at the ends.
Porous elements of various shapes, structures, different particle sizes, and porosity can be produced according to user requirements. Examples include covers, caps, sheets, tubes, and rod-shaped filter elements.

Features
Efficient filtration: The porous structure of the bronze filter allows for efficient filtration of liquids and gases.
High-temperature resistance: The bronze filter can withstand high temperatures, making it suitable for use in high-temperature environments such as the chemical and petrochemical industries.
Corrosion resistance: The bronze filter is highly resistant to corrosion, making it ideal for use in corrosive environments such as the marine and oil, and gas industries.
Durable: The sintering process used to create the bronze filter results in a durable material that can withstand harsh operating conditions.
Applications
Fluidized bed: Porous bronze filters are used in fluidized bed reactors to remove impurities and maintain a consistent fluidized bed.
Chemical industry: Porous bronze filters are used in the chemical industry to filter and separate chemicals for various applications.
Oil and gas industry: Porous bronze filters are used in the oil and gas industry to filter impurities from crude oil and natural gas.
Marine industry: Porous bronze filters are used in the marine industry to filter seawater for various applications.
Automotive industry: Porous bronze filters are used in the automotive industry to filter oil and fuel for internal combustion engines.
Products Processing
The production process starts with converting bronze into powdered form using various methods such as chemical decomposition, atomization, and grinding. The powder is then poured into a die and compacted under enough pressure to enhance adherence to contact points, all at room temperature. The resulting bronze part is then placed inside a furnace where extreme heat combines the molecules of the metal, creating a rigid, durable, and porous component. The manufacturing process can be tailored to specific shapes based on the client's requirements and specifications. In order to create bronze sieves, a mild molecule must be filled with a spherical pattern, and bronze must undergo sintering in order to maintain all of its visual properties. Sintering is the most preferred process for making filters with metallic materials, due to its ability to preserve the metal's integrity.
By sintering bronze alloy powder at high temperatures, which produces great mechanical strength, good air permeability, and precise filtering, bronze powder sintered filter components are created. TOPTITECH produces porous filter tubes and other shapes that can be customized according to user requirements. The production process involves converting bronze into powdered form, followed by compaction and sintering. Sintering is the optimal method for making filters with metallic materials, as it preserves the metal's characteristics.
Package and Shipment
1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
