Liner

Bimetal cylinder liner is the main component in the hydraulic end system of mud pump, and it is also one of the most consumable parts of mud pump. We can provide bimetal cylinder liner and ceramic cylinder liner for all types of mud pumps.
The bimetal cylinder liner is composed of two kinds of metal inside and outside, the outer coat is high quality carbon steel, and the inner coat is made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy iron. The hardness of the inner sleeve after heat treatment reaches HRC62 or above, the inner surface is smooth mirror, the size tolerance of the inner hole is strict, and the normal service life can reach more than 800 hours. The inner sleeve and the outer coat are closely combined, the inner sleeve is made of centrifugal casting technology, and the outer coat is made of forging. After the combination of the two, the inner hole roughness is greatly provided, and the service life is extended.
