Weichai Power Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 (HK2338, SZ000338), and the original Weifang Diesel Engine Factory was officially established in 1946. It is one of the earliest manufacturers of diesel engines in China. Established by Weichai Holding Group Co., Ltd. as the main initiator and in collaboration with domestic and foreign investors, it is a Chinese internal combustion engine industry listed on the Hong Kong H-share market and a company that has returned to the mainland from overseas to relist on the A-share market.
