Automatically grinds printing squeegees of varying lengths by using a diamond-coated grinding disc and thus ensures a precise parallel grinding for the best possible printing results.


 

Standard features:

• grinding by means of feed handwheel

• electrically driven forward feed with the possibility to change the sense of rotation in advance motion

• number of grinding operations - programmable

• grinding wheel speed variable via potentiometer

• pivotable squeegee holder to realize various grinding angles

• angle adjustment is readable from scales

• end of grinding feed traverse infinitely variable

• integrated exhaust air blower

• suitable to be used for all standard squeegee profiles

• the squeegee rubber is clamped in a way to avoid any distortion

• standard grinding lengths:
