Production process:

By using the plate combination mode, SMC sheets are placed in the mold and molded at high temperature and pressure in one go. The surface of the product is smooth, with high strength, corrosion resistance, weathering resistance, and superior impact resistance, as well as electrical performance.

Assembly specifications:

(1) Assemble cable trays every two meters, with a width of 40 * 4mm sprayed plastic hoop (or hot-dip galvanized) and support fixed.

(2) Fix the cover plate of the cable tray with stainless steel bolts between each two clamps and the tray body. There is a fixed point per meter of cable tray.

(3) Fix the cable tray body with 10mm stainless steel bolts and supports every two meters.
