EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2.0), RoHS Testing

RoHS stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances. It is a certification that restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products. The RoHS directive aims to protect human health and the environment by reducing the presence of substances like lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in electronic devices.
