Introduction to ultra-high graphite electrodes, from technical parameters and applications:
Ultra-high graphite electrodes are mainly used for the electrode part in high temperature processes such as electric furnace smelting, semiconductor material preparation, and silicon material heat treatment. It is made of high-quality graphite material and has excellent conductivity, stability, and high temperature resistance.
In terms of technical parameters, the main parameters of ultra-high graphite electrodes include diameter, length, density, elastic modulus, resistivity, and flexural strength. Among them, the diameter and length are usually selected according to actual production needs; the density is generally between 1.68-1.85g/cm3, and as the density increases, the conductivity and oxidation resistance performance will also be correspondingly improved; the elastic modulus is usually between 8-10 GPA; the resistivity is between 5-8 μΩm, and the lower the resistivity, the better the conductivity performance; and the flexural strength is between 10-30 MPa, and the higher the flexural strength, the stronger the resistance to deformation.
Regarding the applications of ultra-high graphite electrodes, there are mainly the following aspects:
1.Electric furnace smelting: Ultra-high graphite electrodes can be used as the main electrodes of electric furnaces, used for the electrode part in high-temperature melting of metals, steelmaking, ironmaking, etc.
2.Semiconductor material preparation: Ultra-high graphite electrodes can be used as the electrode part in the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes of semiconductor material preparation.
3.Silicon material heat treatment: Ultra-high graphite electrodes can be used as the electrodes in heat treatment furnaces, used for the electrode part in high-temperature processes such as annealing and sintering of silicon materials.
