This product is a chemical indicator label specially used for ethylene oxide. The chemical indicator printed on the surface of the label will undergo a chemical change when it reaches the set temperature and time under the action of ethylene oxide, accompanied by a color change. The depth of its color is closely related to the humidity, temperature and duration of ethylene oxide. According to the color effect of the indicator, to confirm whether the indicated items have been sterilized accordingly.

Range of use:

It is suitable for ethylene oxide sterilizers in hospitals, medical equipment, food and other departments to indicate whether the items have been sterilized by ethylene oxide. Concentration 600±150ml/l, temperature 40℃~60℃; humidity 40%-75 % conditions, more than 4 hours of sterilization process.

Instructions:

Peel off an instruction label, stick it on the surface of the package to be sterilized, and then carry out routine sterilization. After the sterilization is completed, take out the package and observe the change of the surface indicator. If the indicator color turns blue, it indicates that the package has been sterilized; if the indicator color does not change or does not reach blue, it indicates that the package has not been sterilized.

Precautions:

1. This product cannot be used to judge the sterilization effect, but can only indicate whether the item has been sterilized.

2. The color change reaction of the indicator is an irreversible reaction. The reacted indicator can be stored at room temperature.

3. Please use this product within the validity period.

4. Protect from light, store at room temperature (about 20°C), relative humidity about 55%, ventilated, dry, and non-corrosive gas.

5. Valid for 24 months.
