The three-level quality management documents, including the digital production plan manual, digital
management plan manual, digital marketing and service plan manual, have established a management system
for factory construction planning, production automation, material automation, information flow automation,
and digital factory construction.
Special dry-type transformer made of epoxy resin vacuum casting process, the core material includes silicon
steel core and amorphous alloy core, the Nameplate capacity is 45000kVA and below, the voltage level is 40.5kV
and below, the insulation level is F/H, indoor/outdoor (need to be equipped with a shell), can be used with natural
air cooling, fan forced air cooling, water cooling and other heat dissipation methods, and can be used at sea under
6000 meters above sea level, at -25-+50 ℃ Underground and other harsh environments;
Obtained UL certification in the United States: (certification scope: capacity ≤ 10000kVA, voltage level ≤ 36kV,
insulation level H).
In addition, the company has established professional product quality inspection and laboratories such as
CNAS laboratory, UL1562 standard laboratory in the United States, simulated E2/E3 environmental laboratory,
and extreme temperature C2/C3 climate laboratory, possessing comprehensive inspection and testing capabilities
for dry type transformer products, raw materials, and components.
