The workflow of the 93500 framework configuration software system is to obtain sensor input signals from the field and supply them to the monitors and keyphase channels within the 3500 monitor framework. After data is collected, it is compared with alarm points and sent from the monitor framework to one or more places for processing. The common features of modules in the 3500 framework are live plugging and internal and external wiring terminals. Any main module (installed on the front end of the 3500 rack) can be removed and replaced in the system power state without affecting the operation of unrelated modules. Assuming the rack has two power supplies, plugging or unplugging one of them will not affect the operation of the 3500 rack. The external terminals use multi-core cables (one wire per module) to connect the input/output modules to the terminals. These terminals are designed to make it extremely easy to connect multiple wires to the rack in a fine space, while the internal terminals are used to directly connect the sensor to the input/output modules. External terminal blocks generally cannot be used together with internal terminal input/output modules
