Application Description

Bentley Nevada Tachometer module is not used alone or as a component for speed control or overspeed protection systems.

Bentley Nevada Tachometer module does not provide protection redundancy and response speed for speed control or overspeed protection system.

Analog proportional output is only used for data collection, chart recording, or display. Additionally, the warning set point for speed is only for notification purposes.

Magnetic sensors do not use the reverse option because these sensors cannot provide clear edges for the detection circuit at low speeds, which will cause incorrect reverse indications.

Magnetic sensors do not use the zero speed option, as these sensors cannot provide detection circuits at low speeds

Provide clear edges.
