The difference between the 01 series and the 02 series lies in: ① the safety time of ignition burners with ignition gas valves is different;② the controller for high-power atmospheric combustion is LFL1.638. If the burner needs continuous operation control, ③ for burners using ignition gas valves, the safety time is different.
After the allowed post ignition time of LFL1, the detection electrode and flame simulation test are immediately restored. The fuel valve that is not closed or not closed immediately locks the controller unit of the burner after the allowed afterburning time. The detection electrode and flame simulation inspection only ends when the pre purge time at the next burner start is completed- During each start-up of the burner, the correct operation of the flame monitoring circuit is automatically verified- The controller contacts used to release fuel are inspected during each subsequent purge time to ensure that the contacts do not close- A built-in fuse unit protects the contacts of the controller from overload.
