S25 series fixed single/double arm continuous sand mixer is designed according to the technology of Italian I.M.F. company and absorbing the advantages of American DF company and German FATE company. This sand mixer is equipped with special bag dust collector for dust removal from the small arm sand and odor removal from the sand outlet, so that the sand mixed with less dust, reduce the amount of hardener and resin, and the odor removal device at the sand outlet reduces the odor caused by the reaction between hardener and resin, which greatly improves the working environment of the operator.
Self-Hardening Sand Continuous Sand Mixer features.
1.The cage can be opened in half, easy to clean; the cage tank has replaceable lining, the lining is made of stainless steel.
2.The sand mixing cage shaft is equipped with easily removable sand mixing blade, and the assembly part is fixed with hexagonal nut, which is easy to adjust the angle of sand mixing blade.
3.The head of the sand mixing blade is welded with carbide on the contact surface of the sand, and the service life is more than 2000 hours. In the middle of the stirring cage shaft and the discharge port part is equipped with reverse sand mixing blade, so as to enhance the rubbing and squeezing between sand materials and ensure the uniformity of sand mixing.
4.Resin pump adopts gear pump, and solidifying agent pump adopts diaphragm pump imported from Italy.
5.The flow rate of resin and curing agent adopts AC frequency control motor, which is accurate in measurement.
6.Resin and catalyst liquid material are refined by compressed air atomization nozzle into mist sprayed into the sand material of stirring cage to meet the requirement of sand mixing uniformity.
7.Slewing device adopts engineering slewing bearing.
