BIPV Solar Module IV Tester CT-3624 Product Introduction

BIPV-3624 series BIPV solar panel IV tester is a specialized equipment used for testing the electrical performance of BIPV panels.

Its test area reaches up to 2400mm x 3600mm, and meets the IEC60904-9 2020 standard: the three core performance, indicators of non-uniformity, spectral matching, and light intensity stability are all better than the industry standards.

The spectral range covers 300-1200nm, which meets the spectral testing requirements of various types of cells.

The solar cell panel adopts a four-wire connection and a high-speed data acquisition system, ensuring the accuracy of solar cell current measurement. The non-contact infrared temperature measurement, accurately measures the temperature of the module, ensuring the accuracy of temperature correction. The equipment can be equipped with an automatic guide rail for the assembly line to meet the wiring requirements of various production lines.

Testing Object: Suitable for testing and recording/exporting the electrical performance parameters of crystalline silicon solar cell panels (PERC, N-type, Topcon, HJT, etc.) and thin-film solar cell panels.

Electronic Load: Scanning direction supports Isc-Voc and VocIso two modes;
