The Performance characteristics:COD products have a special spiral shape, which enhances the compressive capacity of traditional PE straight pipes. Its compressive capacity is several times that of traditional pipes. It improves the effectiveness and elasticity. It can also ensure safety in the event of an earthquake or collapse.Since the COD tube (every 1000 meters) is coiled on the tube rack, it can reduce considerable labor costs. The most important thing is that COD does not need to be inserted into the inner tube, because a variety of inner tubes are already equipped in the outer tube.Because of thread processing, COD can be bent freely, and it can be bent to 90 degrees or even greater angles without any special tools to bend or straighten. It can be bypassed when encountering obstacles at the construction site.
Due to the good single-line design of the inner tube and very low friction coefficient, there is no problem of kinks at the connection, the wire is particularly convenient, and the distance between the holes is also extended. The inner tube is completely air-tight and can resist high internal pressure, and the fiber cable air pulling method can be used. In the case of the same outer diameter, more inner tubes can be worn to increase the use efficiency.
Production line composition and production process:
This set of production line is composed of two production lines, one production sub-tube and one production mother tube. Both production lines include single screw extruders, forming machines, tractors, sawing machines, and winding machines.
Sub-tube production process:1. Preheating of the extruder2. Mix PE granules with masterbatch granules into the hopper of a single screw extruder3. Start the extruder to rotate the screw to plasticize the material and push it in the direction of the machine head4. After the plasticized material passes through the machine head and mold, it enters the molding machine for vacuum molding and is rapidly water cooled5. The formed sub-tube is pulled out of the molding machine by the traction machine
6. The winding machine winds the tubes into bundles.
Master tube production process:1. Preheating of the extruder2. Mix PE granules with masterbatch granules into the hopper of a single screw extruder3. Start the extruder to rotate the screw to plasticize the material and push it in the direction of the machine head4. After the plasticized material passes through the machine head and mold, it enters the molding machine for vacuum molding and is rapidly water cooled5. Put the produced sub-tube into a specially designed die head to combine it with the main tube6. The combined COD pipe is pulled out of the molding machine by the traction machine
7. The winding machine winds the tubes into bundles.
