Product Introduction
Three-phase input series intelligent high-frequency switching power supply module is the main configuration module for power supply, and is also the third generation product launched by our company. It is a high-frequency switching power supply specially designed for power systems and has the "four remote" function. The module adopts the "resonant voltage type double loop controlled resonant switching power supply" technology, and the produced module has small size, light weight, high efficiency, and small no-load loss High reliability advantages. The products include two series, 220V and 110V, with over ten varieties, equipped with standard RS-485 interfaces, easy to interface with automation systems, and suitable for DC systems of various capacities.
Main features of the module
·Adopting full range soft switching technology, high efficiency, low no-load power consumption, and small size.
·The AC input has a built-in safety compliant fuse.
·The DC output has a built-in diode, which can be hot swapped without additional measures. Other similar products without built-in diodes require users to add additional diode heat sinks to the DC screen, resulting in cumbersome wiring.
·Using a "three-phase passive power factor correction circuit", the input has no neutral line, and the power factor can reach 0.94.
·Isolated and autonomous current sharing is adopted, and the uneven current degree of parallel operation is < ± 3%, which can ensure good parallel operation of more than 20 modules.
·The module has an RS-485 interface for easy access to automation systems for communication.
·Output overvoltage protection: Built-in overvoltage protection circuit, the module automatically locks up after overvoltage occurs, the module fault indicator lights up, and the faulty module automatically exits operation, without affecting the normal operation of the entire system; Overvoltage protection point: 320V ± 5% for 220V modules and 160V ± 5% for 110V modules.
·Output current limiting protection: The output current of each module is limited to 1.05 times the rated output current.
·Short circuit protection: The retractable droop current limiting method is adopted. The current output characteristics of the module are shown in Figure 2-1. When the output short circuit occurs, the module momentarily pulls the output voltage down to zero, limiting the short circuit current to less than 15% of the rated output current. The module can operate in a short circuit state for a long time without damage. After troubleshooting, the module can automatically resume operation.
