Main function of module

1. Protection function

1) Input over/under voltage protection

Module has input over/under voltage protection function. When the input voltage is less than 313±10Vac or greater than 485±10Vac, the module is protected and has no DC output. The protection indicator (yellow) is on. After the voltage is restored to 335±10Vac to 460±15Vac, the module automatically resumes working.

2) Output an overvoltage protection/undervoltage alarm

The module has the function of output overvoltage protection and undervoltage alarm. When the output voltage is greater than 325±5Vdc, the module is protected without DC output, and the protection indicator (yellow) is on. The module cannot recover automatically. You must power off the module and power it on again.

When the output voltage is less than 198±1Vdc, the module generates an alarm, DC output, and the protection indicator (yellow) is on. After the voltage recovers, the module output undervoltage alarm is cleared.

3) Short circuit retraction

The module has short circuit retraction function. When the module output is short-circuited, the output current is less than 40% of the rated current. After the short-circuit factor is removed, the module automatically restores the normal output.

4) Lack of phase protection

The module has the function of phase loss protection. When the input phase is out, the module limits the power and can be half - load output. Output 5A current when the output voltage is 260V.

5) Over-temperature protection

When the air inlet of the module is blocked or the ambient temperature is too high, the module is protected from overtemperature. The protection indicator (yellow) on the panel of the module is on, and the module has no voltage output. After the abnormal conditions are cleared and the internal temperature of the module returns to normal, the module automatically recovers to normal operation.

6) primary side overcurrent protection

When an overcurrent occurs on the rectifier side of the module, the module is protected. The module cannot recover automatically. You must power off the module and power it on again.

2. Other functions

1) Fan temperature control

The module uses temperature and current to control fan rotation. The fan speed is divided into three gears: stop, half and full rotation. The fan speed is controlled by considering the output current and module temperature comprehensively.
