Description:
Internal release agent FNM-926 is blend of aliphatic and hydrocarbon compounds, and can improve the plasticizing property, extrudability and flow property by injection moulding of compounds. FNM-926 is compatible with all types of NR and SR, and is especially suitable to special purpose rubbers such as AEM, FPM and NBR.
FNM-926 is versatile demoulding agent for rubber articles, and can reduce mould fouling. The vulcanization properties are not affected by FNM-926. With its minor toxicity, FNM-926 may be used in rubber articles which come in contact with foodstuffs.
Application fields:
Internal release agent and dispersant for NR and all types of SR such as SBR, CSM,
EPM, EPDM, NBR, ACM, FPM.
Application:
1. FNM-926 is incorporated with other chemicals during mixing.
2. Dosage: NR, IR, SBR, NBR: 1-2 phr;
IIR, BIIR/CIIR: 1-3 phr;
EVA/EVM, ACM, AU, BR, CM, CO/ECO, CR,
CSM, HNBR, FPM: 2-4 phr;
EPDM: 2-5 phr.

Packing:

Safety and transport: FNM-926 is not classified as a dangerous good according to transport legislation, so we should transport it in term of undangerous good. It has not any hurt if you use it in right way.
Storage:
FNM-926 should be stored in cool and dry place. If these rules are obeyed, the
product can be stored at least two years. The production date is stated on the lot number on the labels of each sack.
