Description
The MP6539 is a gate driver IC designed for use in three-phase brushless DC motor driver applications. MP6539 is capable of driving three half-bridges including six N-channel power MOSFETs up to 100 V. MP6539 uses a bootstrap capacitor to generate a supply voltage for the high voltage side.
