QKSC type High Voltage Starting Reactor
When the AC asynchronous motor is started at the rated voltage, the initial starting current is very large, often exceeding many times of the rated current (usually 5~7 times). In order to reduce the starting current and not affect the power grid, the voltage reduction method is usually used to start the AC asynchronous motor. The common step-down method is to use a reactor or an auto-coupled transformer. The starting process of the AC motor is very short (usually several seconds to two minutes), After starting, cut off the reactor or auto-coupling transformer used for step-down starting. This product is designed according to the starting characteristics of high-voltage asynchronous motor, and the matching motor power is 220-14000kW.
Product features
1. The oxygen casting type of QKSC starting reactor is the best. It will not be affected by the air and environment to reduce the insulation. It is suitable for use in various occasions to ensure the reliability of use. The iron core of QKSC dry-type iron core starting reactor is made of high-quality imported silicon steel sheet. The core column is divided into uniform small sections through multiple air gaps. The air gap is isolated by epoxy cloth plate, and high-temperature high-strength adhesive is used to ensure that the air gap does not change during the operation of the reactor.
2. The end face of the iron core adopts high-quality silicon steel sheet end face adhesive, which makes the silicon steel sheet firmly combined, greatly reducing the noise in operation, and has good anti-corrosion performance.
3. Coil winding structure, the main insulation of the coil is made of glass fiber impregnated epoxy resin. After heat drying and curing, the coil is dipped in high-temperature resistant insulating paint under vacuum.
