The ultraviolet flame detector is designed for the Siemens burner control device to monitor the oil and gas flame and ignition spark. In order to ensure the free operation of the burner, these detectors continuously monitor the intensity of UV radiation of the burner flame in each half cycle, and provide signal current for the control system.
The detector UV unit is located behind the rotary baffle at the front of the detector tube, and the front of the detector tube is connected to the shell through a flange. Quartz glass windows protect pipes and louvers from dust. A hard housing accommodates a stepper motor, which drives the shutter and the electronic device controlling the shutter.
High sensitivity, the shell is made of die-cast aluminum. The ultraviolet flame detector is designed for the Siemens burner controller for the monitoring of gas or oil flame.
