Filter plate is fitted on the filter press bar, it is working with filter cloth to increasing the filter press filter area, holding the solid and form the filter cake during the process of filtration.

PPH Chamber Plates Works:

The filter plate is working for the solid and liquid seperation for the press filter.The material feeded by the pump to the filter chamber, than to the filter space pressed by two filter plates, the liquid filterd by the filter cloth, the solid released from the filter plate. This is the process of solid and liquid seperation.

General Information

The recessed chamber filter plate made from polypropylene is a development of the plate and frame filter plate and has the same functionality.

The chamber plate frame is however integrated within the chamber filter plate thus significantly enhancing the plate’s stability. This enables chamber filter plates to be used at much higher filtration pressure levels.

Optional cake and plate thicknesses are available depending on the specific filtration conditions and application.

Evergreen (China) Co., chamber filter plates can also be supplied in caulked and gasketed design (CGR). The chamber filter plates are made of plastic and feature excellent chemical resistance and simple handling.
