1. Standard Baffle

The type baffle is the most common using ones. It is made from Laminated pp woven fabric in rectangle shape with 3 or 4 ellipse Shape holes. The 4 baffles sewed to the neighbour 2 sides to form a triangle shape. (Please refers to the photo on right side)2. Net Baffle

Net baffle type are made from polypropylene fibers with the shape like a net fabric. This helps to easy and quick for filling corners of products with less fluidity and high friction. This type of baffle can be designed according to specific Requirements.

What are inner liners?

At Guansong Packaging we can offer various solutions to your needing of inner liners for big bag. We provide liners with different structures and materials such as LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVOH, Aluminium, PA, Conductive and Anti-static etc.

Liner Types are:

1. Gusseted and flat liner: These are standard circular shape liners manufactured with no filling or discharge spout, open at top, either closed or open at bottom.

2. Bottle type liner: This type liners produced with top and bottom spouts suitable size for the outer FIBC bag. With bottom type liner, it’s easy to form fit and fix to the outer bag, also help to protect against external factors.

3. Baffle liner: These liners can prevent bulging and keep upside standing and there for save the space when storage and transportation. Similar to baffle FIBC bag but instead of using baffle liners. And it especially satisfy the requires gas barrier or protection against humidity.

How to select the suitable big bag type for your application?

● Circular or Tubular bag

Tubular shape bag with seamless made from pp woven fabric on a circular loom.This eliminates the need for vertical seems. The tubular shape design is ideal option for fine and powder materials. Bottom of bag can be square or circle shape.

● U-Panel bag

U-Panel big bag consists of a large “U” piece of fabric with 2 side panels sewing to each side to fulfill a bag shape. U-panel type bag can offer high safe working loading weight and solid durability.

● 4 Panel bag

This type use 4 separate fabric panels to construct a bag by sewing together. And another square sheet of fabric is used to make the bottom of the bag.

● Baffled bags

These are typically 4-panel or U-panel or Circular bags which using internal fabric baffles to keep the bag square shape and stability. These bags are designed to maximize storage and save shipping space.

UV treated big bag means the fabric with UV treatment which can protect from directly sunlight. It also well known as UV tonnage bags which are made from pp woven fabric with lifting Straps. 100% of our bags are all with UV treated and we will provide you with the most suitable packaging solutions for different kind of applications.

UV treated big bag’s handling instructions:

● Keep the lifting tines in correct space during lifting up with the forklift.

● Make sure all lifting straps are not twisted before lifting up.

● Keep distance away from sharp edges.

● The bags should be lifted steady without heavily shaking.

● The loading weight must not exceed the capacity of the forklift truck.

● Protect away from direct sunlight and rain.

UN big bags, transportation of hazardous goods is regulated with UN recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods which aims to prevent any possible accidents or consequent problems. In order to assure that the UN goods are safely transported and stored, we subject our bags to related tests and provide certificate given by testing house.
