1. Product Introduction
PES dispersion BSP-455 are new products made of high-tech non stick coating technology in Europe and prepared from high-temperature resistant polymer and new nano coating materials. They are raw materials for the production of high-temperature non stick coatings. It has excellent thermal stability, high temperature yellowing resistance, excellent flexibility and melt fluidity, and excellent chemical resistance.

3. Mark, Packing, Storage & Transportation
3.1 Mark
The packaging barrel of this product shall be provided with firm and clear identification, indicating the company name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content, etc.
3.2 Package
This product is packed in barrels, with a net content of (50 ± 0.2) kg per barrel; Each barrel shall be provided with product certificate, including company name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content, production date, etc. If special packaging is required, the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate separately.
3.3 Storage
1. Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
2. Shelf life: the unopened shelf life is 12 months.
3.4 Transportation
This product is transported as non dangerous goods. Avoid moisture and violent vibration during transportation.
4. Main Application
4.1 it is widely used in various light color high temperature resistant coatings.
4.2 it can be mixed with water-based Pai resin or water-based Pai dispersion as base oil to improve the cooking resistance and boiling water resistance of non stick coating.
4.3 various coatings made of this resin have high performance of salt water resistance, salt fog resistance, acid and alkali resistance and organic solvent resistance.
