Production Process
● Pure Raw materials (polypropylene, ultraviolet additives etc.), which have been passed quality control tests and suitable for production, are put in the mixer.
● Polypropylene and additive materials, which are mixed and extruded into suitable fiber thread by draw bench machine.
● The yarns, which fulfill the quality and strength testing, are wound on the bobbins and directly to the weaving machine for weaving fabric
● The fabrics, which are in qualified with the standards are placed on the lamination machine depending on client’s requirement.
● After lamination, the fabrics are cut into desired sizes and dimensions before sewing process. Then printing will be done and ready for sewing. Bags sewing according to customer’s detailed technique require.
● QA and QC inspection and testing the SWL weight at suitable safety factor.
● The prepared bags are packaged according to the demands of customers and get ready for delivery.

FAQ:
1. What is the difference between Circular and U-panel big bags?
Circular bags are made from tubular shape fabric that weaved on a circular loom. Then the fabric is cut into the correct height according to bag size. U-panel bags are made from one flat U-panel fabric and 2 sides panel sewing together.
2. Are these bags water-tight or water proof?
No, as the fabric is made from pp woven material, which is not water proof. Users usually take a coating or lamination as a moisture barrier, by moisture barrier we mean a light amount of water. Lamination can take some help for water proof, however the use of an internal liner works much better. And technically it is still not 100% water proof. And pp bulk bag with liquid liner is the best choice to pack liquid material.
3. What does FIBC stand for?
FIBC stands for Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container.
4. Can we reuse a big bag?
Yes, this bag can be reused but requires a muti-trip design bag. This type of bag is designed to be used for a specific require for reuse. Standard big bag normally designs at 5:1 safety factor for single use. It’s strongly not recommended to reuse the standard big bag as it may cause danger.
5. Are your packaging bags recyclable?

Production Process
These woven bags are widely used in Chemicals, construction materials, plastic raw materials, Mineral products, Firewood,and other types of powder, granules, etc. And the production process will be as following:
PP Raw material - Draw bench fiber - Weaving fabric on Loom machine - Cutting fabric for woven big bag -Sewing big bags - Dust-proof treatment - QA & QC inspection - Packaging for woven big bag
It should also do some needful Testings in the process of bag production and detailed as following:
1. Silk strength testing: It tested after draw benched out the pp fiber silk. It’s the basic step to weaving out the high quality fabric.
2. Fabric strength testing: Normally it should test both the warp and weft strength of the fabric according to ISO21898-2005 Standard.
3. Lifting loops strength testing: In order to stand for the loading weight, the lifting loops should be at high strength. It should be tested before sewing on bags.
4. PP woven bag loading weight and safety factor testing: After sewing out the sample before mass production, we will test the loading weight and safety factor of the big bag. The mass production can be processed after this testing passed.
