Product features and advantages

VOK ®- DF 055 is very effective in wood and furniture coatings based on high gloss polyester and radiation curing polyester systems. The additive can ensure the stability of the paint curtain in the spray coating construction, even under the condition of thin film thickness. When used in colorless varnish system, there may be slight turbidity on dark wood. The additive also has good defoaming effect in epoxy system.

Solvent based and solvent free wood and furniture coatings.

Recommended dosage

0.1-1.5% auxiliary dosage (purchase form) is based on the general formula.

The above recommended dosage is for reference only, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.

Adding method and processing guidance

In order to obtain good defoaming effect, defoamer should be added to the abrasive. If it is added later, the shear force must be high enough to ensure good dispersion of defoamer and prevent shrinkage.
