ERC high-temperature and acid resistant mandrel is used as the core rod of polymer suspension insulator, and the interface between the mandrel and silicone rubber is coated with special coupling agent. The umbrella cover adopts a one-time overall molding process under high temperature pressure, and a two-stage vulcanization process under computer monitoring to extend the service life.
