 Operation process of red wine import: 1. The import company needs to go to the local commodity inspection bureau at the port of import to record the consignee of imported red wine and obtain the record number. 2. After obtaining the filing number, Go to the Import Commodity Inspection Bureau to make two copies of imported red wine [application form for label review, Chinese label sample (paper version and electronic version less than 250K, which shall be made according to GB 7718-2004 (General Rules for the Labeling of Prepackaged Food) and relevant product standards], original label and Chinese translation (paper version and electronic version less than 250K)] The certification materials reflecting the specific attributes of the product and other label filing, application materials 3. After the food label is completed, the food can be arranged to apply for inspection in advance, and the following documents can be provided: trade contract/letter of credit, FP, packing list, original certificate of origin/legal production and sales certificate, defective product recall commitment, Chinese label inspection and filing related materials. If necessary, the inspector shall also provide: 1 Entry Animal and Plant Quarantine License of the People's Republic of China (where entry quarantine approval formalities are required); 2. Official quarantine certificate of the exporting country or region (specified food of animal and plant origin); 3. The official health certificate of the exporting country (region) or the qualified test report issued by a third-party testing agency (the official health certificate of the exporting country (region) is required for imported dairy products); 4. The corresponding test report (if the content or value is specially marked on the label); 5. Relevant data and inspection reports of agricultural and veterinary drugs, additives, fumigants, etc. used in the exporting country (region); 6. Quality certificate or quality assurance certificate of the exporting country, product instructions and relevant standards and technical data (applying for quality certificate); 7. If the AQSIQ signs an agreement with the relevant country (region), the certificate issued in accordance with the provisions of the agreement; 4. Issue the customs clearance form, customs declaration and tax receipt, the consignee of imported food shall pay the customs value added tax, the customs shall release and arrange the goods to enter the country. 5. After the goods arrive at the import port, the Inspection Section 3 (4) of the Commodity Inspection Bureau shall inspect the food and send samples for inspection. After the inspection, the goods shall pass through the customs channel (if the customs exercises control, the customs shall inspect). 6. After the inspection and release, the goods shall be stored in the warehouse approved by the Commodity Inspection Bureau and affixed with Chinese labels. (Chinese labels can be affixed in Hong Kong for the second import) 7. After the inspection results are released, the qualified ones shall be issued with a Health Certificate, The importer/agent/dealer/consignee can sell and use this batch of food only after obtaining a qualified Health Certificate. "Notice of Inspection and Quarantine Treatment" shall be issued for unqualified products, and the applicant may apply for issuance of unqualified "Health Certificate" for claims. The inspection applicant shall handle according to the handling suggestions.
