Application & Feature

1.The double-side automatic feeding die cutting machine is mainly suitable for cutting various nonmetal materials and widely used in such industries as plastics packing, pearl cotton packaging, rubber and printing industries, etc.

2. With human-computer control systerm, it is highly automatic and easy to operate.

3. Double side auto feed structure saves time and plant space. The products at the two sides can be of different height. The movement of the two feeding tables are controlled by inverters, so that the poisitioning is very precise.

4. There is auto cutting mould clamping device on the upper plate. Therefore, it is very easy to change different cutting moulds.

5. Oil tank hydraulic system, small motor,small oil pump, low oil temperature, electric and oil saving prolongs machine service life.

6. Low noise and safe operation.

7. The feeding table is made of stainless steel. It is strong and makes the cutting edges in order.

8. Repeated feeding and preceise operation.

9. Main sealings are imported from Germany. Key hydraulic parts and electric parts are also imported. They are of high quality and have long service life.

10. After cutting operation, the cutting support plate can make micromovement so that the plate will not easily wear out.

11. Die cutting machines of special specifications are available on request.

4. How can I trust your quality?

We have CE and ISO certificates. They enhance quality control throughout the manufacturing of our machines.
We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.
At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.
We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.
Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.

5. How to operate the machine? We have not used such a machine before. We just want to expand our business and start a new line.

Pls do not worry! Almost 50% of our overseas customers were in the same situation when buying first of our machines.
