1 using "PLC" man-machine interface of the digital control operating system, can realize automatic feeding, automatic die cutting, with  five arrangement graphics mode to choose automatically set the number of cutting, high precision, position precision can reach 0.2 mm, saving material, high work efficiency, reduce labor intensity.

2. Servo motor makes accurate feeding possible and controls horizontal movement and rotation of the cutting head. Multilayers of materials can be clamped by the cylinder for stepping feeding. Other feeding methods are also available on request.

3. The distance of cutting head and feeding length can be accurately set, which has solved the problem of inaccurate feeding and layering length of multilayer materials.

4. The machine has various working modes such as inching, manual and automatic etc. The workers need only to pick up the products, with labor intensity reduced and work efficiency enhanced.

5. Special hydraulic system makes low noise possible and saves oil.  High quality and imported oil pump and other parts are available on request.

6. There are three kinds of operating mode to choose: automatic, semi-automatic, manual, freely and flexible.
