Usage and Characteristics
1.These cutting machines are suitable for continuous cutting operation of nonmetal materials. The finished materials are widely used for such products as shoes, sports materials, car interior materials and medical supplies.
2. Servo motor makes accurate feeding possible and controls horizontal movement and rotation of the cutting head. Multilayers of materials can be clamped by the cylinder for stepping feeding. Other feeding methods are also available on request.
3. The feeding length can be easily set by the human-computer interface (Optional).
4. Special hydraulic system makes low noise possible and saves oil.
5. High quality and imported oil pump and other parts are available on request.
6. As the machine is controlled by microcomputer with high automation degree, only one worker is required for the whole machine operation, so that the production efficiency is 3-5 times that of normal cutting machines and the power can be saved by about 2/3.
7. Cutting force of the die cutting machine depends on customer’s application and requirements.
