1. Product Introduction

The titanium carbide cermet rod(TiC rod) belongs to the steel-bonded cemented carbide, which is a kind of compound material based on the steel as the binder phase and used the refractory metal carbide(mainly the titanium carbide and the tungsten carbide) as the hard phase. The TiC rod is the high-hardness and high-strength titanium-based alloy composite material.

TiC carbide rods can be used in very poor working conditions in order to improve the life of the workpiece.
Since the titanium carbide has a strong high temperature corrosion resistance, so titanium carbide
products are also used in a high-temperature corrosive environment .

TiC carbide rods are mainly used in crushing hammer.It makes the crushing hammer life more longer. It makes crushing hammer life increase 3-5 times.
