Product Application

It is mainly used in the sintering additive for advanced ceramics, fine cemented carbide, catalytic materials. Mo2C has high fusing point and hardness, good thermal stability, mechanical stability, excellent corrosion resistance and other characteristics, can be used as coating material, also addition material in hard metals and grain fefiners in alloys. Mo2C has similar electronic structure and catalytic properties as precious metal, like the catalytic activity of hydrodenitrification, hydrogenolysis and isomerization. Mo2C has much similar spaces with platinum family, especially in hydrogenation activity, almost same as Pt, Pb,expecting to be a substitute for precious metals.
