1. Hardness is one of the important mechanic characteristics of the material while the hardness testing is an important method to judge the quality of the metal material or its component parts. The hardness of the metal is correspondent to its other mechanic characteristics, and so its mechanic characteristics such as the strength, tiredness, wriggling and wearing out can be tested out approximately through its hardness testing.

2.  The Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester is equipped with a newly-designed large displaying screen with good reliability, excellent operation and easy watching, thus it is a high-tech product combining the mechanic and electric features. Its main function is as follows:

2.1 The Selection of Rockwell Hardness Scales;

2.2 The Selection of Plastic Rockwell Hardness Scale (The special requirements will be met according to the supply contract)

2.3 The hardness values exchange among various Hardness Scales;

2.4 The Output-Printing of hardness testing results;

2.5 The RS-232 Hyper Terminal Setting for the Functional Expansion by the client.
