1.Surface contour evaluation: It can evaluate the radius, angle, distance, coordinates, circle, circular section; and determine the points, intersections, coordinate axes, straight line, vertical line, circle & circular section; also analysis the contour straightness, roundness, etc.

1)Using advanced linear encoder system, resolution is up to 0.01μm which satisfies the high precision measurement;
2)With the precision guideway made of wear resistance materials, the straightness is up to 2μm/200mm, which ensured the stability and reliability of the system.

3.Measuring force system
By using voice coil motor driving system, the measuring force is continuously adjustable from (10~150)mN, and the resolution of measuring force is up to 0.2mN;
4.Intelligent protection system
Once the measuring probe collides with measuring object/fixture, or tension of the measuring probe is too large during scanning, the instrument will stop immediately to protect the measuring probe and measuring system.
5.Flexible manual control
The instrument is equipped with a joystick, which can be used to position the probe before measurement, operators can move the measuring probe quickly without the computer.
