Product Introduction
This instrument is the first product in China that adopts computer automatic control, which replaces the previous paper recorder, which makes the operation easier and reduces the manual procedures of the operator, thus ensuring the accuracy of the results. The machine consists of a host computer, a computer-controlled automatic test system, a heating furnace, and a stirring system. The user only needs to put the sample into the test cup and press the "Start" button on the computer, and the instrument will automatically measure and save the results.
Over the years, the quenching medium testing method has changed from relatively backward to advanced from the magnetic method, the five-second method, the hot wire method to today's cooling curve method, and has gradually become scientific and reasonable during this evolution. The intervention of computer automatic test makes this technology more complete, thus realizing the desire of fast, accurate and reliable assessment.

Main Feature
1. The microcomputer temperature control system automatically detects the laboratory temperature, and automatically calculates the heating rate according to the working environment to ensure the accuracy of the temperature.
