Intended use

HC-C014 can be used for daily relax training, improvement for ease of insomnia, emotion adjustment and concentration enhancement to improve studying or working attitude, and helping mental stress relief.

Breath training:

Respiration guidance instructs you when to inhale or exhale. As the lung fills up, you should gently inhale. Once the lung is fully filled on the display, the lung will begin to empty, and you should begin to exhale.

 

Relax Index (RI) indication: the numerical range is from 0 to 10. It indicates the current grade of relaxation, and is divided into 3 levels by using 3 different colors to display.

High-relaxation (green): 8-10;

Mid-relaxation (blue): 6-7;

Low-relaxation or no-relaxation (red): 0-5

Relax Score: Score range of 0~100 is to estimate the effectiveness of this training session. The larger Percentage of high relaxation and mid-relaxation, the higher score you will get, so the training becomes more effective
