first turn out the lamp cover by reverse direction, and pull off the insulator, cover the solar energy plate, to 

see if the light beam will light up or not. normally it will light up. when it is light up, put on the light cover. put it to fix on the column of the fence, then fix two side by bolt nailing on, when at night it will light up. please remember

do not put other light light on the solar energy plate, otherwise it will not light up at night.
