Machine description: 

The production process of the machine is as follows: the conveyor chain is directly connected to the three-in-one machine, and the bottle is transported by star wheel to the three-in-one bottle washer. The bottle gripper is mounted on the rotary disk of the bottle washer, and the bottle gripper clamps the bottle mouth and turns 180° along a guide rail to make the bottle mouth enter the bottle washing machine downward. After the bottle is rinsed and drained, the bottle is clamped and then turned over 180° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth upward. The washed bottle is exported by the bottle washer and sent to the filling machine by the bottle star wheel. The bottle entering the filling machine is held by the bottleneck holder stuck in the bottle mouth. Filling is done by isostatic filling type. The filling valve contacts the bottle mouth filling CO2 and is isostatically opened filling valve for filling. After the filling is finished, the exhaust pressure is released first, and then the filling valve leaves the bottle mouth, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the card bottleneck transition dial. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine catches the bottle neck and keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and self-rotating on the capping machine, and realizes the capping and capping action under the action of the cam, and completes the entire capping process. The finished bottle is transferred from the capping machine to the bottle delivery chain through the bottle star wheel, and the three-in-one bottle machine is transported by the conveyor chain. The whole equipment is closed by closed window, the height of the sealing window is higher than the highest point of the equipment, and appropriate passage is left at the bottle inlet and outlet.

Water chiller: working with carbonation mixer, the cooling medium of water chiller going to heat plate exchanger of carbonation mixer to cooling carbonation drink to 3 degree to 8 degree (filling temperature)

4 Automatic sleeve labeling machine 

Application: PVC PET shrink label 

Labeling speed: 150B/Min to 500B/Min

Bottle types: Various kinds of bottle types, for example: round bottles,square bottles,flat bottles, curved bottle and cup-shaped,etc.
