1.Automatic blow molding machine for 220ml-2000ml PET bottle

The series full automatic PET stretch blow molding machine can produce all kinds of PET plastic bottle, water bottle, carbonated drink bottle, hot juice bottle, output from 2500bph to 6000bph, volume from 0.1 to 1.5L. 2.Carbonated drink mxing system

Process: Sugar melting boiler or High level cutting tank, double filters, syrup pump, blending tank, stroage tank

The output of beverage processing system depending on how many liters per hour for carbonated drink, soda water or juice,etc.

Syrup melting boiler: 300L/Hr, 500L/Hr, 1000L/Hr,etc, steam heating or electrical heating type, steam heating boiler will matched fuel oil boiler, but save electricity, eletrical heating type boiler will power-consuming.

Blending tank: 1000L/Hr, 2000L/Hr, 3000L/Hr, etc, double layer with warming jacket, motor with blending system

Storage tank: 1000L/Hr, 2000L/Hr, 3000L/Hr,etc. double layer with warming jacket

 

3.Carbonated drink mixer and water chiller

Carbonation mixer: 1500L/Hr, 2000L/Hr,3000L/Hr,5000L/Hr,etc. Co2 content is from 2.0-3.8

Water chiller: working with carbonation mixer, the cooling medium of water chiller going to heat plate exchanger of carbonation mixer to cooling carbonation drink to 3 degree to 8 degree (filling temperature)

 

4.Automatic double head sleeve shrink labeling machine

Whole machine frame is made out of stainless steel304. Simple structure, beauty appearance, easy cleaning, water and rust proof.

 

5.High speed automatic linear type shrink packing machine
