The washing machine is used for cleaning barrel inside before filling process. It consist of transmission machine, brusher, water pump, setting 2 brushing working place, spurt interior and exterior with water, rotate washing to carry out empty barrel’s whole part was washed, the washing quality is stable.

The machine is used for cleaning barrel outside before filling process. It consists of transmission machine, brusher, water pump. Setting following function: main brusher, bottom brusher, side brusher and so on. Exterior brushing and spray with water, rotate brush can carry out cleaning the outside barrel, washing quality is stable.

	1. Automatic Decapper  This de-capping machine is designed for 5 gallon / 20L bottle water fillingproduction line. It's used to pull out the cap of recycling bottle by AIRTAC air cylinder before rinsing, the decapper head is more unique and stronger.
2. Automatic rotary brushing machine    The running direction of the main rotating brush and the direction of the barrel and the bottom of the barrel rotating brush reverse rotation. Barrel in the role of the dial wheel completed the revolution of one cycle, rotation around the compound motion. Washing pump constantly to the brush water spray or cleaning agent, and collected by the lower water tray into the cleaning agent tank for recycling use.
	3. QGF-900 5 gallon / 20L bottle washing machine    900BPH filling production line adopts multi-channel effective station for internal washing (or according to the customer's designated washing process configuration). Including hot alkali rinse, disinfectant rinse, reflux water rinse, finished product water rinse, drip dry, etc.
4. QGF-900 5 gallon / 20L water filling capping machine    Filling machine adopts the method of pressure filling. After the product enters the liquid cylinder, the feed pipe flows into the filling valve. Each filling valve has a backflow line to ensure the filling pressure is stable, thus ensuring the smooth filling in all cases. Cam track is used to control the filling valve to ensure the smooth filling process. Liquid level difference is controlled in 1cm. Customers can choose to equip ABB/SEW motor, GRUNDFOS water pump, FESTO pneumatic component.
	5. Light checker and steam heating shrink machine:   Inspection light is used for lighting when inspect whether exist sundries in barrel. Heat shrinking machine is consist of water vessel and electric heat up, electric heat up to produce steam.

Automatic bag packing machine and stacker / palletizer This equipment adopts servo motor, automatic temperature control, free adjustment of bagging tightness and other new technologies, all actions, detection and control are controlled by microcomputer (PLC). Stacking machine is to put the finished water of the already filled barrels on the tray in a certain arrangement for automatic stacking, which can be stacked for multiple layers and then rolled out to facilitate forklift transport to the warehouse for storage.
