EPDM air bubble diffuser, which is used to transfer air and with that oxygen into sewage or industrial wastewater. Oxygen is required by microorganisms in the water to break down the pollutants. Fine bubble diffusers produce a plethora of very small air bubbles which rise slowly from the floor of a wastewater treatment plant or sewage treatment plant aeration tank and provide substantial and efficient mass transfer of oxygen to the water. The oxygen, combined with the food source, sewage, allows the bacteria to produce enzymes which help break down the waste so that it can settle in the secondary clarifiers or be filtered by membranes. 

TUBE DIFFUSER are available in two diameters: 63mm and 90mm on request. Our lengths are 500, 750 and 1000mm. The internal structure of the diffuser is made with plastic material, resistant to corrosive agents. The membrane is available in EPDM or Silicone.

1. Size
Our fine bubble tube diffuser comes in 91 and 63 mm to suit different needs and preferences.
2. Membrane Material
The tube diffusers are also made from different material. We have those made with ethylene
propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM rubber). It differs with the disc as we also have tube diffusers made from silicone material.
Its body is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) material.

3. Temperature Resistance
Its temperature resistance is also at 212º F ( or 100º C).
