this is Hall flow type water flow sensor, to detect the water flow. Can use it in water dispenser, coffee machine, etc. Both connection ports are 1/4'', quick fitting types. This one have 2 functions---water flow and TDS monitor.

it seperates two types, big port (Dia 4mm) and small port(Dia 1mm).
