Digital GPS Capacitive Diesel Fuel Level Sensor for Automobile Fuel Tank
Oil level sensor introduction
Capacitive oil level sensor is used to continuously detect the oil level by measuring the capacitance change when the liquid level changes, which can be easily shortened to adapt to different oil tank depths. It can be monitored in real time with the GPS tracking system, and can directly replace the oil level sensor; It has the characteristics of strong stability and long service life.

The sensor wire sequence is defined as follows:
RS232: The sensor output in this mode has 4 wires
The red 5V+24V power supply sensor needs to be customized separately
Black GND - (RS232 ground)
Green RS232 (RXD) computer transmitter
Yellow RS232 (TXD) computer receiver
RS485: The sensor output in this mode has 4 wires
Red 5V+, 24V power supply sensors need to be customized separately
Black GND - (RS485 ground)
Yellow RS485 A
Green RS485 B
nstallation precautions
Before installation, please check whether the accessories: flanges, rubber bands and screws are consistent and complete,Tape the O-ring to the root of the sensor (packaged before shipment),Apply oil resistant sealant on both sides of the rubber gasket, align the flange plate with the flange hole of the oil tank, and then fix it with screws. Tighten it symmetrically to ensure uniform force and avoid oil spillage. To complete the installation, insert the sensor and tighten with a wrench.Connect power line, communication line, flat line and ground wire as defined, and wrap yellow line and green line one by one to prevent short circuit,Check the circuit and connect the sensor power supply.
The installation position shall be close to the center of the oil tank as far as, possible to reduce the influence of oil level tilt and oil level fluctuation when going uphill.
