1. When can I get a quote?
We usually quote within 12 hours after receiving your inquiry.
If you are very urgent, please contact us via phone, email, Skype or whatsapp/WeChat.
2. How to pay?
You can pay for the order through Western Union, T/T and MoneyGram.
But please note that we are not responsible for any import duties or customs clearance fees.
3. Can I order samples to check the quality?
of course! You can order one or several fixed samples to check the quality.
If the product meets the conditions, you can refund a set of sample fees in your next batch order.
4. How long can I get after payment?
Payment will be sent within 3 working days after payment is confirmed.
We will send it to you via Fedex, DHL or Airline via Express. You will receive it within 3-5 days.
Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other problems caused by freight forwarders.
5. How about your product warranty?
We provide a 12-month warranty for all products except accessories.
Defective items must be returned within 7 days, and all returned items must remain in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that man-made damage is not covered by the warranty.
For products beyond the warranty period, customers need to pay shipping costs, if they need to return, they need to replace new parts.
