1.What is your lead time?

For products in stock, lead time could be 7~10 days if you choose air freight; for items not in stock, 30-45 days for production depends on order size then plus time for shipping.

2.Can you do OEM or ODM? / Can the products be custom made?

Yes, we can do OEM or ODM as long as the quantity is right. Logo, color, package etc. could be custom made for you, as long as quantity for specific item is meet.

3.How long will it take to complete my order?

Again, it depends on the size and complexity of the order.

4.How much will the shipping charges be?

It depends on the size of the packages and the method of shipping. Let us know the method you choose (by air or by sea) and your destination address and we shall check for you accordingly.

5.Which port do you ship the goods from?

The closest port to us is Guangzhou port, but we could send cargo to Shenzhen/Foshan/Dongguan/Hongkong or other specific locations per your requirements.
